I had applied application form for pan card but due to miss matching of communication address and address proof my application has been rejected so please refund my pan card charges so that i can re apply again.

I spoken to Call centre then asked for refund if reject application. Customer care people told can't refund the amount which is already paid. After having the processing fee paid on 3/30/2017 on the NSDL portal online it said that Aadhaar # given is not linked to the telephone number. So I tried it again with different number still the same issue. So the request was not processed but amount has been deducted for both applications. PFA
