[Resolved]  Ondot Couriers — Lost my Courier

OnDot couriers — Delievery of GDA refund cheque

I applied in the GDA housing scheme no. 759 (Indrapuram), property code 21D. I submitted Rs 90, 000 as registration fees in Vijaya Bank. I was not a successful applicant in the scheme and my registration money was to be refunded through courier or speed post. Vijaya Bank gave courier contract to OnDot couriers (119 Navyug market, Near state bank of India, Ghaziabad). On[protected] I received a call from ONDOT couriers that come here and collect your cheque from here itself. Their representative was saying that we do not provide Couier service at your residing place ( which is in Ghaziabad itself). When I started insisting she (representative) said that she will send cheque through speed post but it will be on my responsibility and they will not take care of any thing like loss or damage of cheque.
On[protected] I personaly went to their office and collected the cheque and they were misbehaving with people and saying " Do whatever you want but we will not not deliever it at your residing place, if you want it then take it otherwise you are responsible for your loss." After giving cheque they tried to snatch the cheque back because I asked them why you have not delivered.

I have come to know that this scheme has been postponed for reasons beyondthe control of GDA and the authority is refunding the amount after keeping Rs 500 as registration money, but I have not recieved any such payment .
Please do the needful &send my payment at the earliest.
