[Resolved] One Stop Shop — Railway Booking Problem | |
ONE STOP SHOP should either STOP cheating people or change their name to ONE STOP CHEAT SHOP. I am a suffering Business Partner of ONE STOP SHOP.( BP[protected] by paying an amount of Rupees Ten Thousand. I had taken the Business Partner Code from OSS RETAILS PVT. LTD. in December 2009. I was promised to be provided with rail ticket booking agency through their so called website (www.railticketonline.com) and also an agency via ETOKEN by which I can book railway etickets directly from www.irctc.co.in I have not received any ETOKEN till today i.e. 1st september 2010. The website of OSS (www.railticketonline.com) IS ALSO down for more than last one and half months. So I cannot book a single rail ticket for the above mentioned period. I am bearing a huge loss for which no one is willing to compensate. Whenever I call the OSS Helpline they say that the problem will be resolved very soon, But the time never comes. I donot know where to complain about this CHEAT COMPANY. I even do not know how the Government is allowing this company to cheat thousands of people in this country. A question is arising in my mind that " Is the Governmeent also involved in this Scam" If so then as a POOR INDIAN I humbly beg to the People of this country to choose a new Government for us as this Government is unable to secure our Fundamental Rights. If the Government is not involved which I truely believe I humbly forward a request to the Government and the Related Bodies to look into the matter and take very stern and quick action against these Fraud Companies so that they cannot cheat thousands more. I HAVE ALSO FACING THE PROBLEM My BP CODE :- BP00079939 I have deposited in dec 12 amt 7, 00, 000 one stop shop incentive schemes 3% per month interest but feb 2013 schemes was closed one stop shop side this pried i am transfer to amt a/c 2, 25, 000/- thorough money transfer than closed services money transfer feb end 2013 one stop shop balance amt 4, 75, 000 friz by one stop shop & meany services are closed for pried of march to sept 2013 till date amt not received my balance amt please helps

& was getting a message saying "booking not permitted, Try some other train or class"
I started to book my ticket @ 8:00 am & i couldn't get that ticket till 8:15. now all tickets for that train have been sold. while i was logged in through my id art_1802 on IRCTC saw availability as 134 seats then in next 15 mins it was showing not available. within those 15 mins i already tried for 8-10 times but continuously got that error. now can somebody explain why is that error poping up? eventhough we have logged in on time & tickets are available; why are we stopped from purchasing Ticket? whats the best way to purchase tatkal tickets through IRCTC or it is just the brokers who are allowed to take this tickets through IRCTC?

Dear sir,We are a IRCTC agent and we have got this service from One stop shop Business Partner Code is BP00052318 since more than 1 and half year but they most of the time not providing us suitable service and now we are not able to book any ticket due to technical problem since 2 months. When ever we make a call to Customer Care they are give us a time but remain the same while we have taken this agency by nonrefundable 10000 Rupees. so its our heartiest request to you please help us and do the need full.

Normally, it takes 3-6 months for TDR refund(for me it came in 8 months). After 2 month start following up by calling on indian rail's helpline number. Mention the PNR and TDR reference number at that time.
