[Resolved]  Onida Air Conditioner — Ac in not working

Bought a 1ton Ac in May 20098and the cooling is very poor inspite of keeping it at 18 degrees. even after complaints no one is willing to attend the problem. Can you send a technician to rectify. My mobiole number [protected] Charles Money.

Very poor servicing. Within 30 minutes single person servicing 3 machines, whereas in Carrrier a/c each machine is taken roughly one hour to service. They are cleaning with water the outer unit also.

I m from Navsari and i purchased Onida AC and my compressor was failed due to in warranty period i complain about that and the representative came from surat for inspection/testing and finally they agreed that the compressor require to be repalced by new, the subject matter was already they informed to the surat office (Alaska Refrigeration Coproration-Yaminbhai)

After 15days no response from your surat office side and when i contact they always say tomorrow 100% they came but no one come here, so u plz request to do the process fast otherwise i go through legal proceedure.

i m very sad to say u that i m not satisfied with your service

I have purchased AC in Feb 2009, from M/S COMPFORT APPLIANCES, Baroda, and my AC is not working fromlast 3 weeks but no one from company persons able to fine the problem, and everyday new persons comes and giving us different stories also i email to company but they are very very poor to resond to my email .

now what to do with this compnay, who belevies that service is not important

I was compliant many times to company pranchize in Guntur, but no use, and Negligence, delay and inability of ONIDA Technicians in finding the problem. Now my AC is not working. I am Sharda Gupta from Aligarh(UP).I have purchase Onida Window AC of Model No. WG18N and Serial No.[protected] in 2009. AC is not working properly. Since purchased Gas has been leaked Two Times in 2009. After expiry of warranty I have paid extra Rs.1300 only for EWC and this problem continues I have complaint many times.Now technician told me that COMPRESSOR of the AC is need to replace.
But I have complained 15 days before but their is no response from Onida Distributer and Service Center of Aligarh (MR. RANA) till date I have not received my AC in this hot season.

My name is Satpal Rawat & I purchase Onida Window AC last year & 25 Fab 2011 I put request for service & my complaint no is [protected] but your customer care people did not correspond properly even I thought it is like a govt organization I called them so many times... most of the time that no[protected] is busy or sometime if I connected they put me hold for long time...like I don’t have any other work wating on phone 15-20 min is really frustrating hope you understand….finally they gave me one no of Mr. Sophi Kant Suri([protected]) & I was slightly sure that finally my complaint will be attained but when I called on this no it show that no is not working…even when I tried to talk to the senior people through your customer service center again they put me on hold….what that the it is..now I am very frustrated I dont know what I have to do or where I have to complain for this small thing.. really boss if you read this main I don’t know who are you but I tell you….on your manual you people wrote so many big big things…please correct it all is …& really I made a mistake to purchase ONIDA AC & I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO ANY ONE FOR YOUR AC

Onida — never returned the Air Conditioner which was taken for service.

We bought an onida air conditioner one year back and we soon realised that there was something wrong with the compressor, so we called onida service center and demanded free service as the product still had warranty . After many days of waiting the AC was taken for service stating, it would be returned in weeks time. but it has been more than a month and there is no sign of AC being returned. we tried to contact branch office , head office, workshop and even technetions but there is no response from anybody, even from the head office. We totally lost faith in the company, Please return the AC.

Onida AC takes you on horrified experience of non performance. I logged complaint [protected] on 14.06.2012 for not cooling. Made more than 50 personal calls to their executives/ service center. Their promise of next day never returned till today (09/07/2012) almost a month. What is more surprising that they would close the complaints with out attending. I had to make complaints one after the other but no response from the company and its service provide. Be aware of ONIDA.
