    I have raised the complaint of my washing machine at 27 Sept but they still no one visit to check my washing machine. I am called many time even they only make stories for visit today and tomorrow but still problem is same. Wrost customer experience by Onida .

        My onida ac is under warranty. I had requested for technician visit in mid August. He came twice and closed the complaint twice without any action. I called customer care the third time and they said technician will visit again. Next time i called them they said PCB is ordered and will be delivered soon to the service centre. After i called them thrice or four times and all the times i got the same answer that they are doing it on priority. Technician says he cannot do anything and customer care says technician will come. I'm based in Faridabad. PCB needs to be replaced and i am getting no help from onida in this matter. Its only been 4 months since i purchased the AC.

          I have purchased onida 8kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart seller omnitech retail the moment i recieved a product and started using it the product worked fine for the half an hour and than suddenly started making extreme abnormal sounds while using washer only i made a complaint and called flipkart executive told them about the incident and next moment i saw my washer has stopped workimg it was making noise like machines do while pulsator rotation but it was not workimg only sound coming i called up again and told them that machine stopped working in just one hour of delivery please give me a resolution.they have arranged tech visit for me the guy came in evening same day and than washer started working again.he told me sir if problem still persists please make a video and send me the moment he left my house just after 10 mins the problem occurs again but washer was working so i called him and told him that please come again the problem happened he told me please call our owner i called him he denied me that we dont have any tie up with flipkart we cant do anything .i called flipkart again they told me that update is not yet mentioned by technician i told them that visit already done why not updated yet they told me wait 24 hours. Its 72 hours now i called them again they arranged tech visit but again same thing happened tech came and told me please call me if problem occurs call me im in ur area only .i called him told him pls come washer stopped again and making noise too.he told me ok m coming i called him for atleast 10-15 times he said m coming to u but he didnt came and at last started cutting my call and told me call to owner i called him he again said we dnt have any tie up we cant do anything i said just update incident he said we dont have any system for doing so we just close the call. I said this is not a way to treat customers he said we cant do. I called flipkart 100 times they say tech have nt updated the case yet. Nobody is helpimg me out i dont wana keep this product with me i want my refund please help me. I urge to everyone boycott flipkart dont waste ur hard earned money on frauds like flipkart and seller like omnitech retail alsp know as consulting rooms pvt ltd. My order id OD[protected]

Please help me out with my refund they all are making traps to fool and loot customers now if im calling onida they are saying sorry sir we cant do anything if i call flipkart they say that technicians will update the incident and technicians says we dont have any tie up with flipkart we can only serve for onida so nobody is taking responsibility they are just passing on each other.

            The magnetron in my onida microwave failed. The heating was not happening. I raised a complaint, the product was out of warranty. Within 6 hours a technician visited and it was repaired.
            However within 6 days the product stopped working again.
            When I called customer care they logged a new complaint and informed me that if same defect and same part is applicable within one month from previous repairs, there’s no service charge.
            The problem is now no one is coming for repairs. They as per their policy can not charge me and hence they are not interested. I have made repeated calls to customer care and all they do is send reminders, nothing else.

              Purchased Onida 80 cm (32 inches) HD Ready Smart LED Fire TV 32HIF1 (Black) (2021 Model) | Voice Remote with Alexa from Amazon on 28 October 2021. The TV is not responding now.
              Its been 7 days my complain is registered.
              No visit no solution so far, worst customer service I ever experienced.

                My self Aashirwad sant kumar, I have purchased a washing machine of ondia model- ondia 6.2kg fully automatic top load, IMEI no.-T62CGN#201H2#064213 on date 01/06/2022 via Flipkart order ID -OD[protected] with 5 year warranty and 2 year comprehensive warranty.
                On date 28/05/22, i faced a issue in operating machine as it was not rotating nor washing clothes so I registered an complaint via call to ondia customer care number with complaint no. 2205S[protected] and post complaint a technician from Onida visited my home on date 29/05/22 and after examination of the washing machine took my invoice detail and said motor part is damaged so it should be replaced with a waiting period of 1 week.
                There after no update from technician, he was not picking my call nor giving rply to my watsapp messages.
                Then I placed my 2nd call to customer care of ondia on June 11 9:08 am, they said part will be available soon and issues will be solved within 15 days.
                There was no response and any action after 25 days so again I
                Place an 3rd call on date June 23 9:06am the executive on call said part has arrived the city and my complaint is forwarded on urgent basis.
                There after also no response from service team or customer care till 32 days n 3 calls placed.
                So I placed my 4th call on date July 3 9:38am n argued about the udate over repair of washing machine but same replies from the executive and redtapesim was seen.
                After that I call I waited for 7 days but again no response.
                Then I placed my 5th call on date July 10/2022 with my all concerned problem and executive said to take action with no immediate delay but till after 5 days there are no supportive action was taken by the company or the service team after posting complaint from date 28 may 2022 and placing 5 calls n continues followup.
                I here by with a humble request to look forward for the solution by the consumer form.

                    Dear All,

                    This is with regards to the complaint number 2206T[protected] registered on 10th June 2022, I logged the call for the Error code: H6 and I was informed about the service cost of Rs.750 and additional cost if it's out off warranty period and I received call from the service agency on 10th June 2022 evening around 7pm, stating that the service person will come tomorrow to identify/fix the issue. As said, the service person came on 11th June 2022 and he advised me that there is an issue with the Indoor fan motor which has to be replaced(new motor). So he removed the motor and the board from the unit and took it to the service center.
                    I called the service agency on 13th June 2022 to know the status, the agency informed me that the person will come tomorrow to fix the issue. The service person came on 14th June 2022 to fix the motor and the board. While fixing the motor I identified that the motor looks old and used so I asked the service person, he also said that it is used but it's taken from an air conditioner that came for replacement. The service person informed me about the cost Rs. 4, 130 including waive off Rs. 750 and GST at 18%. So I paid him Rs. 4, 130 via Gpay to his number[protected]. The performance of the unit was unable to be identified due to power shutdown at my locality. The power resumed on the same day around 6PM then I tried to check the performance, which wasn't good. So I called the service agency regarding the issue, he told me that cooling is another issue that has to be dealt with separately and I also asked him since it's an old motor why I have to pay a hefty amount. The service agency person said since it's only two days old we are able to waive off only Rs. 750. As I wasn't satisfied with their answer and I want to know the truth so I called the Onida customer service centre today 15th June 2022 first call was at 9:56 Am complaint number 2206T[protected], got disconnected due to network issue and second call at 10:04Am while having conversation I was informed that the Unit was bought on 16th June 2021 and it's under warranty, actually the purchase date of my air conditioner was minimum 4 years but definitely not on this date.
                    Based on the above happenings I want to know the answer for the below.
                    1. As per the Onida customer care the purchase date of my air conditioner is 16th June 2021 why I have to pay the hefty amount while under warranty period?
                    2. As per my knowledge the purchase date was a minimum of 4 years, in that case why the service agency fixed the old motor and claimed a hefty amount?
                    Here I have attached the service bill and payment transferred screen shot for your reference.

                    Understanding the scenario I can clearly justify that the service agency falsifies the purchase date and claims the fan motor under warranty period which is free of cost and sells it to me for profit.

                    Though there are many brands in the market with excellent customer service and varieties, we chose only Onidia because of more than 40years of experience. I still believe in Onida. Hope Onida will investigate the issue and take stringent action against the service agency.

                    For information, we bought the air conditioner from Sathya Agency a minimum of 4 years ago in my mother-in-law's name Mrs. Vasanthamani (Late). To claim the GST we requested the agency to bill in my firm's name " Southern Lakshmi Tex EEquipments"

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about Onida Airconditioner. (Raising complaint on behalf of my parents)

                          The issue that I have experienced was: The AC had an issue ever since the delivery on[protected] with cooling and when complained the service engineer did a small service and it was working to some extent. On 10th May 2022, the AC stopped working and the display started showing error F6 which when referred to guidelines showed that the issue was related to Compressor. Currently, The AC is non-functional since 10th May 2022.

                          We made a complaint by calling customer care on Onida's official number and they registered our complaint. A service engineer came on 3 days after and even before inspecting he said that he didn't bring the required equipment to inspect and blamed us for not explaining correctly and said will get back the next day. Even after multiple follow-ups he never showed up and we made the same complaint with customer care who keep saying they will send a senior engineer which never happened. And today on 19th May 2022, the Service Engineer who came and left without inspecting says the issue is with the board and has to change it which would cost 9000 INR. We are wondering how can he suggest this without inspecting and charging almost 1/3 cost of the AC to the customer.

                          It occurred on: 12/05/2022

                          We would like an engineer to inspect the AC properly and provide a proper solution since the Compressor is covered under warranty for 5 years. Also to have a professional behaviour in the first hand towards a valuable customer like us who has just bought 3 ACs in the last 2 years of Onida.

                          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                              The Consumer is filing grievance to redress for your kind consideration further appropriation please as under:
                              1. That the complainant has purchased goods as Onida WA 183 TRC AC on 11-Jun-2019 from Sant Square Shahjahanpur and paid a sum of 21093.75 INR and sum of 2953.13 INR for CGST +2953.14INR for SGST Total paid Amount Rs.27000/- to Sant Square Shahjahanpur.
                              2. On 09.04.2022 the product showed error and stopped cooling due to Concerned part Defect and a complaint has been lodged through Customer Care Number [protected] as complaint number 2204O[protected] on 10.04.2022. And an intimation has been submitted through e-mail to customer.[protected]@onida.com on Apr 10, 2022, at 4:23 PM with attached the image of Original Bill/Invoice No. 536 Dated 11-Jun-2019.
                              3. On 10.-4.2022 an incoming call was made by the service provider named Milan Dubey from Farrukhabad and told to himself an authorized oic of service centre who ask the service charge Rs. 650/ + other charges as needful requirement.
                              4. On 12.04.2022 a visitor named Farhan Husain checked the product and found a massive defect in part of the product and a report forwarded to service provider to dispatch the requisite part received Rs 650/- of service charge without removing the defect of product from consumer and promise to redress the grievance as soon as possible.
                              5. On 12.04.2022 at 2:00PM service provider asked for much more money, a sum of Rs 8000/- through his Mob No. [protected] to Cosummer RMN [protected] for sake of requisite part of defective product and refused to provide requisite part to remove the defect on non paying much more money.
                              6. that the wife of the consumer is under suffering from Right Eye Retinal Detachment and surgery has been done by doctor and next surgery will be after one month and she was suggested to full rest in cool during treatment at her home herein it is pertinent to intimation that the patient is compelled to suffer by deficiency of service in this hot weather Season..
                              Now therefore it is requested to pray to remove the defect of goods or replace the goods as soon as possible and pay Rs 500000/- as compensation for grievous injury to the consumer.
                              The Complainant will be extremely grateful to you.

                                Brought an AC 1 month back but not giving cool air... Complained to customer care, technician visited and said faulty part is not will be replaced within 2 days..It's been more than 8days now but nothing from technician side.. Customer care have no idea when spare part will be available..Brought this AC for summer but now it seems just wasted my money.. Feels like cheated..Just a month old AC having faulty part...

                                    I had raised a complaint for a washing machine bearing issue little about 57 days ago.

                                    I had a guy come and visit my house after 6 days of followup.

                                    Demanded Rs.250 if it needed to be repaired. Bear in mind that nothing was done at that point. Its been 50 days and apparently the part hasnt been received.

                                    If one would walk from wherever the part is coming from they could cover the distance within this period.

                                    I do not understand why this is happening. The customer service on phone and email is utterly useless and not helpful. The service agency that they have tied up even more so. Very rude and the attitude is unbearable.

                                    If you can repair it let me know, if you cant as well.

                                      I purchased 2 split ACs in Feb'21 which were installed by your technicians. Since, then I've been having issues with one of the ACs which is been checked & repaired 4 times post installation. I'm getting E4 error on it; every-time technician visits, they find some or the other problem which they fix it. First service was called in April’21, then In June’21 and later in Aug'21. There is a pattern that every 2 months I end-up calling Onida for help on the same problem; which means the product has some issues. After the last service (Aug’21), I used the AC for a month and stopped it due to change of weather (winters). Now when i resume the usage; started getting the same error again. I've told multiple times that its a faulty product; please get it changed and no one is listening. I've got 4 Onida ACs in my house and none of them ever had such problem. Now the service center is asking for visit & repair charges as it has fallen beyond the warranty period (a month). This is not fair; I’ve a faulty product and your technicians aren’t able to fix it for one entire year, I might end-up calling you in next 2 months for the same error (as per the pattern).

                                        This is to bring in your notice that I have bought a split type room air conditioner with 3 & 5 star inverter of 1.5 ton model no IR183 RHO on 21 September 2021 amounted Rs 28, 500 from Flipkart net paid by cash on the same day.
                                        We have not even started using it as it was-a winter season. Now we are in need to use it as summer season approaches. When we opened it we have observed that it is not giving us a proper service no cooling in the a.c at all. We have been trying to contact many times to the customer care Of flipkart as well as of Onida company but we are not getting any response at all. they are saying that it has been given in the service Card that installation must be done by the company otherwise the consumer cannot avail the facility of guarantee but we have got a guarantee card only after we received Ac no one has informed us earlier this condition neither Onida company nor Flipkart then how can we got to know about it. Installation of AC will be a customer’s choice. They can do installation with the company or maybe from the third person here installation is not a problem the problem is the quality of product you have been given to us it is not of good quality because how can it be possible that only after five month of purchase of a new product. we have been complaining again and again to the customer of Onida company as well as to the Flipkart we want a quick response from the company otherwise I will go to the consumer forum and complain against the company Flipkart sending false damage pieces to the customer. Either give repair service in warranty or take it back and return our cash. I will make sure to bring in the notice of the public also with the help of media I want response as soon as possible either from the owner of the company or from the Flipkart both are responsible for sending us the bad damage product and not taking the Responsibility .
