[Resolved]  Onida Hydrofall 68e — REQUEST FOR SERVICE FOR DRAIN NOB

My name is Praveen Madeshi and I have purchased a Onida Hydro fall wahsing machine from Praveen Furniture, Pune saswad Rd,
on 1st August 2007.

Drain knob suddenly stopped functioning and some rattle sound also comes from tumbler.

Twice the service man came to my home and noted down the problem and went away saying that he will bring the required parts.
Since 2nd Dec 2008 I am calling to there office and no one is bother to care me.
I am fedup with the Onida service and I never recommand any one to purchase there product for such a poor service.

Its there work to respond to the customer and if they dont understand that then they should be out of there business.
