[Resolved] Onida TV — Problem for all ONIDA TV | |
I bought ONIDA 21" BLACK NEO Television 1year 2 months back. My friend also buy same product same dayfrom Khosla Electronics, Kolkata. After inspecting the T.V., the technical person of ONIDA informed that EST is damaged and needs replacement.My frien also facing the same problem just before one month. If such type of Product is provided by a so called reputed company, then people should stop buying the ONIDA Products Was this information helpful? | |

sir, bought ONIDA 21" Oxygen Thunder TV 3 year back.But yesterday, in the time of watching TV the video disappear and become black; but the audio has no distortion.
So please i want know what is the reason for process and how can over come it. And please sent the reason and solution to my e-mail.

am facing problem with my onida 40 inch tv which just went off suddenly and further its not being powered on and i just contacted the service center person and he is not giving proper responce and now my is powered on but the power light is blinking with red and blue light

Onida - Poison TV — Audio dead
HI,I bought an Onida Poisson Home Theater TV owing to its long innings in TV market and esp an Indian Company.
Purchased on mar2007 for Rs 19000/- and to my surprise the audio failed within 3 months ( Its main feature is Home theater with audio effects !!!). And after complaint, Adino electronics ( Authorised dealer for Onida) attended and couldnt repair . So the TV was sent to its Adyar Branch and was lying there for almost 2 months . Then after repeated followups, got the TV back and again audio failed within 2 weeks. I am fedup with their service and customer care response.
This cycle happened for morethan 3 times by now.
From the service personnel I understand the Audio PCB itself has some design issue and they normally replace with Oxygen audio board costing Rs 4000/- . Why dont Onida replace the PCB which has manufacturing / design issue ?
CAN ONIDA OFFICIAL LOOK INTO MORE SERIOUSLY?
I advise all those seeing this message Not to buy any Onida Product.
