[Resolved]  Ortel Broadband — Even after 14 days connection is not activated

I paid money Rs.1300/- on 06/09/2009 for Ortel Broadband service and the agent promised me that the connection will be activated within 24 hours but even after 14days it is not activated yet. Their customer care people are not giving proper reply and the agent is also not responding properly. Kindly redress the problem. In the mean time I took an alternate connection.

I want a new connection of ortel broadband.
DONT TAKE ORTEL CONNECTION. YOU WILL REGRET. THE SPEED WHICH THEY ARE CLAIMING IS NOT TRUE. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD
