On the month September 2020 I had requested for the broadband connection, due to some budget issues company didn't provide me the connection.
And I have already paid the Rs.970 rupees of payment to your agent (Bubu).
And I have called multiple times (more than 20) to your customer care, visited office more than 5-6 times for my refund.
I have called to Bubu and Personally meet with Mr. Paul, and handover all the required documents (Adhar Card, Cancel Cheque, Google Pay Screenshot of my payment to Bubu) to him.
I have provided all the required documents on 12th December 2020, but till now I did not get my refund from Ortel, which looks bad..
After multiple time of call customer care agent shared one senior person mobile number and his name is Tipun, I have contacted over the whatsApp (As informed by Customer care) but no response.
Its been more than 7 months Ortel did not process my refund. Even I have contacted multiple times over an email and phone[protected] to [protected]@ortelgroup.com, [protected]@ortelgroup.com, [protected]@ortelgroup.com but no response. This is such an irresponsible company. Looks like completely fraud. Taking users money and not doing refund. Even I did not get any my refund.
Hope this will be address by consumercomplaints.in.
