[Resolved]  Ortel Communications — no signal since cyclone foni


I've 2ortel connections. Both have no signal since power is restored after cyclone foni. The signal is distributed once the street lights are switched every evening. Its already been 2months i've lodged complaint but there is no response from their side. I find this quite intentional as they are not even coming for taking their payment. If my problem can't be solved then they may take back their settop box and refund my settop box amount that i've paid for earlier during installation.

My broadband signal not came last 15 day i have complaint so many time to the local and customer care number they raise complaint but still they not do any action regarding this so bad service provide by ortel they cheat to the customer, the local office staff also so rude behavior.
Not play some channels
Internet is not working even after payment.
