Dear,Sir/Madam Recently I Have Taken Ortel Broadband Connection Plan-Ortel Economy A Person Came To My House To Tell Me About The Plans, When I Asked Him About The Speed He Said At Least The Speed Would Be 256kb/s But When I Took The Connection The Speed Is 40kb/s At The Day Time In The Night The Speed Is 10kb/s When They Give Free Download. And Even When I Saw How Much I Downloaded It Said 400MB In Only One Day, I Don't Think I Have Downloaded So Much. Please Help Me You Are My Only Hope.
