[Resolved] Ortel Cable Connection — worst service | |||
Dear Concerned, I sometimes have second thoughts on GDP growth of a Service dominating economy where people still do not about service. I had taken cable connection from Ortel communication, Bhubaneswar. From past 4 months, I've been called for payment and everytime I've requested ortel people to come before 9am or 9pm as we (me and my wife) works and there is noone at home. Nobody has turned-up in last 4 months. Now, they have disconnected the line and asking us to pay in full in their office and after 1-2 days it will be corrected. This is ridiculous that after telling them n numbers of time about the timing, they have not collected and have disconnected the line. Person who were informed about the timings of collection (as we both husband & wife are working should be penalized for our suffering. I've requested them to send both the person (for collection and for correcting the cable connection) together but they are agreeing to it rather telling me to pay first if I want the connection or threatening me for Legal action.
