Dear sir I am very dissatisfied with the service.i tell to you.ortel new connection instalation service is very faultfull and careless ,I was paid to money 1000rupees date01/09/2010bil number-16814against the oritel mini plan(125rupees) but so far not do the succesfull internet connection..if i ask any qustion ortel employee not proparly reply to me.and i was allrady give a letter to ortel nodal officar, So I do the finaly deside I do not want ortel internet connection..please you help to me how i will get my advance pay money.bill number-16814,mobile no.-[protected] Rajiv kumar kapish,s-2plot no.456,niladree vihar,bhubaneswar,orissa-751016 Was this information helpful? | |||

We have logged a complaint against a dead line in our area(MALLIKASHPUR)since saturday the 7th of january 2012, but none of your officials are responding nor they r picking up our calls.this shows how irresponsible they are.and also their behaviour towards the customers need.Its being 48 hrs now that our area is suffering without a cable service.If this further continues then we will b bound to stop you from serving us.
