I am customer of ortel broadband service from bhubaneswar bearing ID No. 816595. It is injustice on the part of ortel communication to discontinue my service in case there is slightly delay in paying the monthly bill.For such delay they are imposing fine of Rs.25/-.
The customercare service is also very worst which is evident from my trial on 81.12.2012 in between 11 am to 12.15 pm. For Bhubaneswar they are having customercare No.[protected]. I have dialed several time. After dialing the above number one prompting came as follows.
"Press-1 for English, Odiyapain-2 & Banglarjane-3. Even after pressing all the options, nothing response is coming from customercare.
