Ortel Communication — No Service Since 7 Days

My customer id 854354. Since 7 days no internet connectivity in my house. After several complain no result. they are saying due to damage in amplifier your service has been stop. If the area amplifier is dead how my neighbor's are using Internet. No body is calling or responding the complain. This company is going to shut down as hathway cable is launching their service in bhubaneswar very soon. DONT TAKE ORTEL
