[Resolved] Ortel Communication — the worst service of cable connection | |||
my customer id is 109201 with the name of mr Pabitra mohan dash. my connection has been failed from 27th may 2012 , n i have put so many complain to the customer care but result is nil till today 21.06.12. if your company cant provide service then shut down your use less company . who ll pay the bill of this disturbance period? i am not going to pay a single rupee for this period. let me see what is the company policy of your company, but ortel having punctual collection agent , what ever may be the problem we have to to pay the bill ,, just shame less it is not service oriented company at all, i hope for the best ,,, other wise i ll go to another level . 1.it does not provide e-tv,tens sport&many more important channels...insted of it gives free chhanels...(not requireds)2. the quality of videos in channels we seen so worst

customer No 527531Cable TV connection not shifted to new place after 24 days, taken away 300 Rs ,
i have 2 complain nos 791827 and 792187 , looks like they dont want to connect it ...
