I opted for the cable connection with the set top Box under the scheme of the exchange with the other Box. I paid the ine year subscription also in advance as per the scheme. i was assured that with this shall be able to view the additional cahnnel than the normal channels being viewed with the present cable comnnection. after the the same was connected and for last 3 month I realised that the channels are being black out frequently and also there is no proper quality of sound and picture. I did contact the customer care who responede cosmetically and will call only when those cahnnels are working after that again the channels will be out.
