I am facing a lot of problem, as my net connection is regularly disconnected in every alternate day. And inspite of my several complaints, no body is paying attention to regularise it. Last time I lodged a complaint on dated 11.10.08 at 8 p.m, but till date it is yet to be connected, inspite of my 10 to 12 requests per day. for your kind information, basing on my sincere requirements, I converted my "Home Smart PLus" scheme, to "Home Economy Plus" Scheme for getting better results though the later one costs much more than the previous one, but unfortunately, we are being disconnected days together. slow internet
I have the ortel connection of 784kbps and the speed is very slow .I gave the complain many times to their customer care but problem is not solved.They told me that the speed is 120kbps but i have the speed with in 30 to 60kbps.
