Today is the 6th day that has passed and none of your persons have bothered to visit our house and check the cable connection. This is the standard of service provided by your company.

It is big disgrace on the part of your company. I feel ashamed to be associated with you people.

recently I have taken a cable connection from ORTEL for my home, Just to share that the service is very very bad.I was happy with DISH TV but I think I made a mistake by opting for ORTEL..
Request others not to go with ORTEL..
