[Resolved]  Ortel Connection — Monthly bill is not verified

When we pay bill (when they came to home for receive) they are not giving receipt. If we demand for it they told go and pay the bill in office. Which is not possible in every month to go and pay payment. and also there is no online payment system.

Shri Bijaya Kumar Gouda, 404 Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar bearing customer no00695076 my monthly bill Rs. 150 P.m but surprize to note that current month bill wrongly mentioned Rs. 310 P.m kindly correct the same and give me a fresh bill for early payment of your dues .
