Sir, I am a customer of Ortel Communications Ltd.My Customer ID is-693980 and I have the f complaints that there are 6 days nothing signal, which there after repeatedly bringing them to notice, they take no action.I don't understand what type of service they provide to customer. I was recently transferred to Bhubaneswar. Before taking a broadband connection I en quired from a lot of people using ortel broadband and after I read reviews on internet about their horrible service ., I decided to go for our time tested BSNL brodband. I am really thankful to users for their postings on the net regarding horribly poor service . I have also decided not to take their cable connection at home.

I took Ortel internet connection 1 and half months back and since then my net connection is not activated.Even after so many reminders and calls to their customer care no action is taken. company is just interested in the initial subscription amount and after that they will not entertain you at all.They are just making money by fooling all new customers.
