[Resolved]  Overnite Express Courier Service — delay of service

Hi this is Rajnish Bhavsar from DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Ltd. And my Employment code is 505537, and I have send one cover from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 13th Oct, 2011. It has to be delivered on 15th Oct but till now it has not be delivered yet. So it's my kind request to you. And plz solve out this problem as soon as possible.

Overnite Express Courier Services is the Pathetic Courier Service I have ever seen. From Delhi, the item was delivered to Baddi, Himachal within a day but from Baddi to a town, Nalagarh, 9 Km away, it was not delivered even in *8* days!! The service providers also dont take their job seriously!!

Dear Sirs,

The subject consignment contains some important items which had been couriered on 12th January 2012 and has not yet reached the destination. As it had to reach on a specified date the document was sent via a responsible courier company for which M/s Overnite Express Limited was chosen for this purpose.

For your kind information the courier has not yet reached and I have to suffer because of that.

It is most unfortunate to express that the selection of courier was wrong and it did not reach till date i.e, 17th January ‘2012..

Before this letter, I already approached through telephone to your representatives at Mumbai, Noida and also to your Corporate and registered Office but all have been found to be fruitless.

Barkat Ali — Un Delivered Courier

I had received an phone call from the company from were i have booked my shoes through on line they informed me that they have already dispatched my order . But the first flight courier from trichy didn't even informed me unless i called them and they said that i have to go and collect my courier from their office in trichy because they dont have their own staff so they are sourcing outside people for delivery and they dont want them to collect the cash .
As a professional courier company i think this type of answer and service unacceptable and i think i would never suggest or use my self this type of courier service again.

Dear sir i am naveen jindal from bathinda(Punjab).a few months ago my mother Mrs Nirmla devi buy insurance from Aviva life insurance in bathinda
but the courier come to me very late approximately 3 months. and the date of delivery shown in courier company's system was one month earlier
then the actual date of delivery.i want to cancel policy and for this i need a written acknowledgment of actual date of delivery.Employee of overnight courier ltd.in bathinda refuse to give me the same.
Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against your company.

Hi, I'm Manoj Saxena from Noida. There was a cheque which was sent by Bank to deliver on my registered address on 12th of april'12 but till date the Team was failed to deliver the same. I was chasing overnite since Monday the 14th of April'12 to all the given numbers but till date(time) I'm getting same resonse from Team that they gone to deliver it without any further delay but nothing is fruitful. Can anyone stand up on this & check why this is happening and just because of this behaviour I'm in a big trouble and in heavy losses.

I've received a massage( we r unable to deliver your courier from intas)REF NO-[protected] on 04.06.12 at 11:36 am, they also give me a contact no-[protected]. I call them but they are not respond me even I received a msg that we've recd no response from u for your shipment at 4:13 pm on same day. I again call them but they are still not responding and on 05.06.12 at 11:08 am I received a msg that since we've recd no response from you for your shipment AWB-[protected], we're sending it back to origin .
Sir, this is not the first time they always do this, my resident is situated in the middle of the city but they unable to deliver my courier, even other couriers are deliver on time.
so sir, kindly look this matter as soon as possible .

I had booked IRCTC season ticket & they were delayed by 2 days for 2 consecutive months.

I booked my railway ticket and IRCTC couried it via overnite express. It has been five days since I booked the ticket and there is no sign of the delivery happening. I called up the Mumbai helpline number of Overnite and all that they say is to contact my local branch. The local branch guy says he does not have people to deliver the courier.

Such pathetic service from this courier company.

This courier has still not send at the mention address. When I have checked the status of this courier in tracking status there showing This courier has dispatched From Delhi to Mumbai on Date 12th July 2014.
Sir, Today is 18th July 2014. After 5 days this courier not reached at Mumbai from Delhi. Really this is surprise for me.
Sir, I have Email also to Mumbai and CC to delhi on your email address, But nobody reply me.

Hi,

I have got an sms on 18/07/2014 after opening an account at Yes Bank, Anantnag - Jammu & Kashmir.
The SMS was regarding the TAT(Turn around time) with waybill number, wherein, it has been clearly written that the Pin with account details will be delivered to my home address in 7 days.
It was really pathetic to feel that still I have not received my Pin Numbers. My work has been badly hampered with your services.
More, I have reached to your New Delhi Office through contact details available on the website. Since, morning(9.10 Am) my complaint is received by your executives - Mr Sumit, Now - Miss Neelam but no help has been provided.
Also, due to your delay, I am losing my business with huge margins and till Monday, I will be in severe loses as I am not able to do the transactions.

Courier not delivered, no response from customer care:

I have sent a courier on 13/08/2014 from Gurgaon and destination was Karnal (within same state). even after 7 days, neither the courier is delivered nor the customer care is responding to my mails.
Customer care phone number is always busy and respond to call back but no revert call is made ever.
Since last 7 days web-track status indicates that courier is in Delhi and dispatched to Karnal.

Worst ever experience with courier!!
