[Resolved] Overnite Express Courier Service — delay of service

Dear Sir I A.Peter iam from Hyderabad i received a SMS on 08 jan 2008 10:09:33 That SMS says D/Sir, We are unable to deliver your courier from CITI FIANACE. Your Ref No[protected]. Contact us: [protected]/13 Tks - Overnite Express I called them on that day and 9th jan also they r not responding me properly. Its a very mportent courier 4 me. Its not the first time delay of courier . before also they did like this only (i booked railway tickets). One of my supplier sent a parcel(300gm) from Banglore on Aug 26, 2014 via Overnite Express Courier to Pune. 10 days left still I have not
received my parcel. There customer service is VERY VERY WORST. I tried to contact them on there given phone numbers[protected], 32416642 and as expected both numbers were dead. The other number 32416641 was working, but nobody available to attend the call. I tried to contact them via email still no response. I am trying to contact their customer service from last 5 days and tried around 30 calls, but no luck. I have never seen this type of courier service before. I will suggest all the people not to use, even try "Overnite Express Ltd." courier service. Just imagine what will happen if you use their International Courier Service. Be Careful!

Worst courier service these guys are not worth even a modest tea shop...let go of courier company there service is so poor that they advertise as priority service takes 1 week + 1 week +...lost or undelivered...and they give name to their coustomer exec...as rihana ...madonna...as if they are global why not ...give name as paplu ...budhoo...and [censored]...
