It should be "Weekly Express", "Fortnightly Express" or "Monthly Express"...as per their delivery schedule.

Stupid customer care and worst service, I had came across.

Delay of courier service
I (Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd.)have sent important documents through overnite express limited courier service in Dec. Month. My Docket no. is[protected], from Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Raipur (Chhattishgarh) . But till today up to 8pm, the document have not reached to Raipur. Please let me know that how long it will take to reach to Raipur by Air. Please let me know the status.

My PAN card was dispatched by the authorities on 5th March 2010 through courier service vide airway bill no. [protected]. The conerned courier delivery boy contacted me over mobile and ascertained the details of the location of the address, but he did not delivered the same even after one week. It is not known what was happened and what is the delivery status of my pan card. Pl. arrange

of 30.03.2010.I failed to contact your Patna Office on all the three tel.nos.as no body responds to the caller.
The packet contains valuable documents and it has to be delivered to me immediately.All losses incurred by me due to such abnormal delay has to be borne by you.

This is the very worst service do you provided in Karur City. Our Pan Card will despatched on you courier 14.04.2010 Air way bill No: [protected].But its not delivered in now also.otherwise any information also not provided.So please respond my complaint, where is the karur branch and who is the responsible person and phone nmuber.
