[Resolved] Oxicash — Unsuccessful Tatasky recharge occured through the sbi net banking with the Transaction ID: 2581418 | |||
I have recharged the tatasky recharge for Rs. 200 through the Oxicash on 1st April 2012, but the amount was taken from the account and the recharge was unsuccessful. I have received the receipt as below: Transaction ID : 2581418 Package : ETOP*TATASKY Service No: [protected] Amount : 200 Response : We are experiencing network delays. We can let you know in one hour if the transaction was put through successfully. Apologise for the inconvenience. Also I have done a transaction of the same amount (Rs. 200) just before the above one. But i haven't received the receipt for that, but the amount was taken from my sbi account. I need to get back my unsuccessful transaction amount. Please help.
