[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — not yet received pan card

sir, my uti pan card no. is AXRPK3192M which is dispached on 24th nov 2008, but i haven't recieved yet. please help me sir.I applied from Aurangabad(bihar) my birth date is 24/11/1987.

I DIDNT RECEIVED MY PANCARD after 20 days, i have one number given by agent no[protected]
pls help me out in this matter

I have applied for PAN Card in the month of December 2008. But yet I have not received my PAN Card. So kindly give me the details of my PAN Card as well as my PAN no. and issue me my PAN Card as early as possible. Thanking You.

I applied for PAN CARD 2-3 months back. I received a message for the same as despatched vide acknowledgment no.[protected] at my mob. no. [protected]. But till date it has not been delivered kindly look into the matter.

ON 24/02/09 I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER(LETTER NO.TIN/CRM/SPES143/128589/134424 DT.31/01/09) FROM YOUR MUMBAI OFFICE.WITH THE LETTER I HAVE RECEIVED THE COPY OF MY PREVIOUS FORM.IN IT I HAD WRITTEN GIRISH AGARWAL BUT SOME ONE HAS WRITTEN KUMAR IN THE MIDDLE NAME.IT IS NOT MY HAND WRITING WHICH I CAN PROVE IN FRONT OF ANYONE AS I MYSELF FILLED THE FORM AND WENT TO SUBMIT IT AT 49A, 49B, E-TDS RETURN, AT P-17, NEW CIT ROAD, 1ST FLOOR ROOM-7, KOLKATA-73, I AM SURE IT IS DONE BY SOME ONE AT THE OFFICE.WHEN I ASKED THEM THEY ARE HARNESSING ME AND TELLING THAT THEY WILL NOT MAKE MY NEW CARD AND WILL NAT ALLOW SOMEONE TO MAKE IT. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM AS THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DETAILS WRITTEN BY ME.IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN FROM YOUR SIDE URGENTLY, I WOULD BE BIND TO GO TO THE INCOME TAX AND COMPLAIN AGAINST YOU AND IF NOTHING IS DONE FROM THERE SIDE I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR CHANGING DETAILS OF MY FORM.
