[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I have apply on date 09/06/2008, pancard in UTI Bank, Dhobinala Army Supply Road, Dimapur, Nagaland, Pin-797112.
Application Detail: -

PROCESSING FEE COUPON NUMBER[protected]
but till now I have not receive the pancard, so kindly issue me as soon as possible at my address Mention bellow...

sir i had applied for pan card but after checking my pan card status i found that my name was miswritten as SARTHAK KUMAR SAMANTARAY instead of SARTHAK KUMAR SAMANTARAY. my application no. is[protected] and coupon no. is 31577803. please tell me what will i do? anp please help me.

i have applied for my Pan Card on 16th jan 2009 and i have received the Pan number too ...I got a message indicating the pan card has been dispatched on 28th jan 2009...but i havent recieved untill now...

i am from hyderabad...please direct me where to go and enquire about my pan card.

please provide me the Office Details in Hyderabad to get to know about my Pan Card..

My wife lost his pan card . His pan number is APYPR0536F He applied for same through DALTONGANJ (JHARKHAND) . His pan card acknowlege no . [protected].
His pan card some correction. His father name is wrong.

I am MADHAB BORAH, I had applied for Pan Card through DIBRUGARH on 8th SEP 2008, my Application Number is[protected], Coupon Number[protected] and PAN Number issued to me is : ARUPB9965G. The status online on http://pancard.co.in/pan-card-status-online-india/ is showing the Dispatch Date as 28/11/08 00:00, Status: CARD DESPATCHED, Despatch Details KOL-POST. But still, till this date I haven't received my PAN CARD on my mentioned address.

Sir I need the PAN CARD very urgently so I kindly request to please consider my issue and inform me kindly.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
