My Processing fee coupon number is[protected]. date on application 27 nov 2008.My name is DOND GANGADHAR PARVAT So far we have not received the PAN Card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received I gave them required document on but 27 nov 2008same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document I don’t understand

I had applied for a PAN online and i had sent cheque for the same which is cleared and They have also asked for a Voters ID card and Mobile bill but because both these documents do not have the Expanded First and Last Name they have rejected my application and i receive the intimation that the application was rejected post 10 days

Pan card — reapplication of the pan card which was never received
SirMy pan card # is AZBPP6049E, which I have applied around 4 months back. But unfortunately I have never received the card. I got my pan card # from the Income Tax Office in Visakhapatnam also was informed that need to get an allotment letter from another department for the card reapplication.
Please guide me through the correct procedure for the card reapplication, also need to update my address as I recently shifted.
Is there any possibility of getting the allotment letter to my mail Id.
Please help me out with this issue as I require the pan card very urgently.
