My application for "New PAN card or Change/ Correction PAN Data" Vide Coupen no.

With refence to the above. I wish to state that I have not yet received PAN card. I got pan no.ACMPH6656B/ My name is G. HABEEBUNNINISHA and my intial observation is GULAM DASTAGIR. So I mention pan application GULAMDASTAGIR HABEEBUNNISHA. and My father name is GULAMDASTAGIR . I have note received pan card and pan issuance letter, how i am submitted to you copy of the original pan issuance letter. I am working in Govt higher secondry school. I need pan card. Hence I request to you please issue me pan card as soon as possible.

while checking the status it is saying CARD DESPATCHED through POST and show my PAN no as AQEPB6160A. but i didnt get the PAN card. what i have to do to get the PAN card.

I have applied the pan card December 31st 2007. still not yet received pan card. Actually it wont take more than 15 days. in my case it is more than 1 month is over. plese tell me the status of my pan card.

PAN Card not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per your record I have been alloted a PAN number AOLPA0447A and my card has been dispatched to my postal address on 10/02/2009 but I have not received it yet.

by EXPRESS it - courier vide airway bill no. [protected], on my address for communication indicated by me in the application. Today I saw in the Tracking Result the Delevery Status is "Exception: No Cnee at Given Address." But, we are living in the same house last 30 years.

I am giving here my detailed address with landmark in case courier guy had difficulties in finding my address. Otherwise pl call me on my cell No.[protected]. I will come and collect the same. Kindly help me sir.
