I had applied for my PAN card long ago and get provisional PAN certificate no. AGJPG3617L atonce.
They said that PAN card will be send by post. I inform to you that didnot receive my PAN Card.

You are requested to lokk in this matter and arrange to send my PAN card earliest as possible.

You can apply the PAN card online using the following link:

Just fill up appropriate form by selecting the appropriate option from drop down given at the bottom of the page. Once the form is submitted (You can pay the fee using credit card) you need to courier your documents at the address mentioned in section IV (x) and track your application status. Once the PAN card status shows dispatched, please follow up with your local POSTMAN / POST OFFICE. The PAN card is sent only through Govt. Postal Service.

Dear Sir

My PAN Card No is CDNPS3696C. There was a mistake in Address. In this regards only I had sent an apllication to change the address with documents as address proof. After that on dated 21.2.2009, I had received a message that i will get new PAN with corrected address. But still i have not received pan with Corrected Data.

vishakha eknath kumbhar my pan card form has been regected why my name document is proper. i was attached in my driving licence name is proper. date of birth is proper address is same but why they will not do the my pan card proper please sir i was request u nearly i was fill in form no 49a in two times.

How to get a duplicate PAN CARD.

To apply for the duplicate card, you need to first file an FIR, then submit the duplicate copy of the FIR along with the application form which you can get from any AXIS/UTI Bank or from any third party vendor.

1. Mention your old PAN Card No in the application form. If you have a Copy of the old PAN card submit along with the application form.
2. Mention the Name present on the PAN Card. Name should not be changed. If so, you can request for change of name while applying for the duplicate card. On the application form you will have an option to change the name, you can request for it using a Red cross Mark(x).
3. Address Proof.
4. Photo must be attached to the application form.
5. An amount of Rs.67/- should be paid as processing fee.
6. Copy of FIR.



Note: Make sure you take and submit the application form for duplicate card/lost card not for the fresh card.

THE application form should be filled using only the BLACK ball pen.

Once you submit the application form, it takes 22 working days to reach you.



Cost of application form Rs.5 + PAN Card Processing Fee Rs.67.
Total Amount = Rs. 72/-
