[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Hello,

My name is Ranjini CG my PAN card no is AMYPG5345E. My carrd was incorrect and at the same time i lost it also, and i applied for rectification also but 3 times they sent it back for Guested officer letter and i sent it back but they dint reply yet.I spoke with one agent also (customer care) regarding this but no use.i want to know thw status of that or if you u want me to reaplly for rectification card please let me know what all documents you need and format of 1st name last name details.

i have send across my filled up PAN correction application a long time back, still i haven't received my correct PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card Ack.no.[protected], logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.
My PAN number thats been issued is AQUPS9667B. Kindly do the needful at the earliest, so that i can finishoff my remaining formailities.

I have applied for Pan Card, till now I have not received my Pan Card. My Pan Card no. is BHMPS2238C.I request to you please issue a duplicate Pan Card for me as the original card has not been received by me till date. I am ready to pay the fees of the Duplicate Card if any.
