Dear Sir,
I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 28th Feb09, my acknowledgement no is [protected] .I had couriered the documents on 30st Feb.09.
On NSDL website, the status is showing that your photo is not proper.So i send my photo second time by courier and courier status is that my document delievered at your office on 21 st march but your status is you have not recd my 2nd time sending doc.
Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest or tell me the problem.

My self ANAND KUMAR SINGH have applied for pan card vide Coupon No[protected], I received allotted pan Card no CEJPS3966N, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD. I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure.

i had filled a form to get pan card at 28/07/2008. but it did not still receive me. i have checked it for many times in your site. i had given at that time all the information asked by you as- sr. no., fee coupon no. etc. but it showed me no information of my pan card. i have made many voicely complaint to your bhadohi income tax office. but they did not give not satisfectory answer. could you please mail me to say that what is the problem for not to receive me my pan card while it have been more than 10 months.

Pan card — Applied online on 26/02/09 still not received my pan card
Dear Sir,I had applied for Pan Card on 26/02/09 and received an acknoledgement No. [protected] against it. My DD No. 018240 dt. 26.02.09 of Rs. 67 of State Bank of Indore payable at Mumbai.
But now they say that they are unable to find my middle name in POI, POA. Sir I had applied for my name as Sonali Girish Makode. Kindly note that Girish is my Husband's name and it is present in both the proofs i.e. Identity and Address Proof still they want some another proof, kindly let me what should I do.
On the other hand even after sending two reminders I am unable to receive my Pan Card, kindly help me in this case
