[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My name is Mukesh Kumar & my acknowledgement no. is [protected].But i haven't received my Pan card yet.I even tried to check the staus through the track pan status.The status shows that my card has been dispatched on 2nd Oct. 2008 by post at the address for communication.But i haven't received it yet.Please guide me how shall i receive it on my mail id...i need it urgently

under process in INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.

in which kunmar is omitted from my and my fathers name and wrong printed my date of birth on this card

My self jangili srridhar rao i had applied for pan card through post last four month they send pancard through post but i can't receive the pan card i got message through mobile my PAN UMBER
AKZPJ2017M IT IS DESPATCHE ON O5/12/2008 but i can't recevie the pancard
