[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I had submitted my PAN Application on 18.03.2009 at I.P. Centre, Bareilly (U.P.) vide Coupon No.[protected], but till date, I have not received my PAN Card. Therefore, I want to know the status of my PAN card at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
My name is Muhammed Basheer. I have applied for the PAN card around 4 months back from bangalore & I have recieved the message through mobile saying that the PAN CARD has been dispatched to the given address. The address which i have given was my native Address that is in KANNUR(Kerala). The message i have recieved was on January 09 and still i didn't recieve the PAN CARD. Please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needfull.My PAN CARD Coupon Number is[protected] & the PAN CARD No is AXMPM5560A.Please let me know is it possible to take a duplicate of the same if at all if the original PAN CARD tracking is difficult.

i have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.
My PAN number thats been issued is AGYPP5457C. Kindly do the needful at the earliest, so that i can finishoff my remaining formailities. Also I find error in my name on pan card.
The name on PAN card is PRAPHOOL instead of PRAFULLA, I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure.
