[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Sir, I applied for the correction of Pan card on 18/03/2009 vide acknowledgement number : [protected].My PAN number is AACPA8231D.As my date of birth was to be corrected so I sent the copy of passport for ID Proof and copy of existing PAN Card.But on checking status of Pan card online I found that they have despatched a letter that Your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database. A letter dated 25-Mar-2009 communicating the same is being / has been dispatched to you. For clarifications contact TIN Call Centre at[protected].Then I talked on given contact number and clarified them and they matched the data with copy of Passport on 30.03.2009.But still on checking the online status I am getting the same information as above.
Sir, I Request you to please look into the matter and expedite the process and oblige.

my pan card had been despatch on 07.04.2009 by logistic . my coupan no is[protected] & packet no 66630351 but till i am not getting my pan card.

I have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still I haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.
