I, Mr.Sushil Saha having credit card no-[protected] would like to draw your sympathetic attention to the fact that for last six months i am running with acute financial crisis for the treatment of my ailing parents and for my other reasons.
Though i am paying regular minimum amount on the card, but it has become difficult for me now to pay the same further.
Therefore, based on the above facts, i would request you to convert the entire outstanding in maximum instalments that you can so that the amount comes lower than the minimum amount.And can pay that instalment regularly from the next month.

I was applied for a pan card on the month of feb 2009 after that i recieved a message on my mobile that your pan card has been dispatched on 18 mar 2009 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd vide airway bill no [protected] at the communication address mentioned.After this message another message i got was that your pan card has been delievered on 23 mar 2009 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd vide airway bill no [protected] at the communication address mentioned.But till the date now i didn't recieved any pancard my pan card acknowledgement no is [protected].I am requesting you to please clear my query

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on November 2008, my acknowledgement num [protected] .is .I had couriered the documents on Dec.08 to Jan. 09 but he is undeliver and re dispatch on 23 Jan.2009 but till date i am not receving the Pan Card.

On NSDL website, the status is Your pan card is teturened undelivered to NSDL reason is non delivery as specified by the courier agency and redispatch by post 23 Jan 2009

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

I have a query on PAN Card.

I had applied for PAN Card long back with a wrong address (old address), as a result, the issued PAN card didnt reach me.

Later I tried to get a new PAN Card with Change of Address and this time my Dad's Family name got mispelled. I got a mail from Dept concerned that there is a mismatch in dad's name and should be provided with some proof to support it. I was out of station, when the mail reached so could not reply.

Once again I am trying to apply for Change of Address. I do not have a PAN xerox xopy(my issued PAN crad never reached me) and no allotment letter(for the same reason). Should I provide a FIR in this case stating that I have lost my PAN Card?

Also, should I check the field for Dad's Sur name change?

Please reply ASAP.
