[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Sir,
My name is Santosh Gupta. i have applied for a PAN Card on the 19th of july 2008. My Acknowledgement Number according to NDSL is[protected]. I have as yet to receive it. I have not receive my salary for a long time.

It only display the complaints . what about the results or any suggestions or information which we required to receive our pan card . At what time and how much time took place to wait ?
Is it necessary to find out the problems through the details as per the complaints?
I didn't get any reply .

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 17th July, my Acknowledgment .no.is [protected].I had submitted the documents on[protected].

On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

My father applied his pan card for modification . His pan number is ADMPK9432D.

His Processing coupon number is[protected]. His name is Madhavacharya So far we have not received the PAN Card.Kindly inform the status.
