[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

my name is soma shivaji sagar, my pan card no is BXFPS8506Q, my date of birth in pan card is printed wrong i want it to be corrected what should be done can u please tell me how to correct it?

i didnt receive my pancard till now, i verified my status it is stating that my pancard hav been despatched on 6 june 2008 by post at the adress for communication indicated by me in the application, i enquired my post man also he said that i dint get any pancard regardance o[censored]r name,
please make a speedy recovery of mine pan card

please make it to reach me as soon as possible

Dear Concerned,

i had applied for Pan card on jan-2008, through internet i checked my status of Pan card, in that it is showing ( RUD) lying in mumbai. so i have posted a letter to Pan card office, confirming my postal address is still the same, and also filled up the correction form but the status is still the same.

request you to help me by providing the next procedure to follow by which i can get my Pan card.

please do the needful.

communication address. he was talk to me by phone
very crudely . till now i didnot receive it,
