[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I have applied for my pan card on the 23rd.Jan.2008, but I did not my pan card untill now and the13th.June.2008 I re-applied through CSF Number[protected], having processing fee coupon No.2MGB232, but till date I didn't recieved my card.
Please try to help me to get my Pan Card as soon as possible.

I lost my original PAN card No. ADXPK 6062E. I ahave appied for duplicate one before 15 days back. I want to know the status . It's humble request to issue me duplicate PAN card at earliest.

I have submitted the applicantion for new pan card vide pan service centre code 2ANB200 at port blair on 28 jan 2008 vide application no.[protected] and processing fee coupen no[protected]. I want to know the present status of my application. Your early and favourable action is highly appreciated.

Sir, my name is Mamta Kamra.I had applied for a pancard.When I enquired about my application status.I am informed that the card had been despatched to me on 10th july 2008 by post and the card number is ATMPK5537D.but yet I have not received the pan card.Please look into the matter n dispatch the same expedite as it is urgently required for summision to the appointing authority(employer).

I received the letter dated 22.02.2002 from the office of Dy. Commissioner of IT informing my PAN no. AHEPK8678B. I'm yet to receive my PAN card. Kindly get issuance expedited.
Also advise how & where can we request for change of postal/temporary address?
