I have applied for a NEW PAN CARD on 18/08/2008 and the same was dispatched on 28/08/2008, But till now I haven't received it physically. Regarding this I mail to your Customor Care and exressit courier not taken proper responsbility therefore i could get my pan card and my husbend also apply for new pan card they gave a pan card through first flight courier service . expressit courier receive my pan card on date 02/09/2008 but they not give me in my proper address.therfore i kindly regust to u please resend my pan card through best service at RA'S

My wife's Name is Archana, my name is Saji and my last name is Puthenchira.

My wife applied for PAN card mentioning her name as ARCHANA SAJI PUTHENCHIRA and as instructed in the application form she submitted her Voter's Identity Card as a proof of identity. In the Voter Card itself shows the last name first and first name last. The middle name which shows is my name(her husband). Now the Pan department found the descrepancy in the middle name which does not match in the voter I.card as mentioned in the application form.

Her husband name which is shown in the voter id cannot be used as her middle name? if not, whose name is to be used as her middle name in case of married women?
