[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My name is jasmin limbasiya, Acknowledgment Number is [protected], Permanent Account Number (PAN) ADYPL6227F have not received my pan card bec of insufficient address according to courier agency .
my address is "Limbasiya Bhuvan" Near patel wadi chital ta Amreli Gujarat. please tell me the way to get it as soon as possible ple and ple mail me where i can get my pan card my e mail id [protected]@yahoo.com
please let me know what to do.

Dear Sir,

My name is Babita Thomas and my pan Card No. ACRPT6180H has lose. Now I have applied for new pan card but still I did't get my pan card. When I called to helpline number they said, that there is a objection for address proof, But i have submit my allotment letter and my employee Identity Card of my hospital. Kindly make it convinient for my PAN card. My application no.[protected].

i have send my filled up PAN application FORM, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched ON 28 AUG. 2008
.
My PAN number thats been issued is AXYPP1986F.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest, so that i can finishoff my remaining formailities.

Hi this is Vinod Gopinath Gupta here, Sir i lost my pan card as a no.AONPG9826K & I have applied for duplicate pan card on the date of 4th sep 2008 & i did not get any information from my nearest pan card office & now i want require duplicate pan card as soon as because of i m suffering so much problem from without pancard because i want open my saving a/c in HDFC Bank & i dont have any ID proof so there r not open my a/c without ID proof & iI have a cheque of my name the valied date of my cheque will be over within a 15days so please I m kindly request to u please give me duplicate pancard
