Hi Sir,
I have applied for PAN card before three months, I didn't get my PAN card yet. I can not contact with the person to whom i have given PAN card documents therefore i don't know my acknowledge number. I have checked PAN card status without having acknowledge number 'last name/ my name/middle name' and date of birth all was correct but it is showing that 'DATA NOT FOUND' So PLEASE SIR let me know what should i do in such situation. Please inform me as soon as possible because my company kept my SALARY ON HOLD.

I received my pan card, Pan No. BBMPS3579N. The name in the pan card is SHERLY MATHEW .While searching in the NSDL site the name is shown as OKKEN GEORGE SHERLY. I want to rectify this problem immediately because of i want to open a trading A/c. in a share broking firm. So please do the needful.

i have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.

A PAN is applied on th17th july 2008 from Tinsukia uti service centre. There is no PAN number issued even through thr internet.
Please kindly do the needfull in the earliest possible.
