[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

myself bharat from jammu, i have applied for Pan Card long ago through an agent but nearly one year had passed but do not receive any pan card. even your agent is not entertaining phone calls of mine. how can i get my application status.

My name is Mr. Bhushan Kumar Pant, DOB[protected], S/O A M Pant, Resident of 4A-402, greenhills, lokhandwala, Kandivali(E), Mumbai-400101(MH) working with Air India in Mumbai.I applied for pan card on Ist or IInd of this month which was returned after 11 days due to some residential proof problem.now i want to check what is going on i.e. status of my application form.i sent the same returned form with required documents through DTDC courier(by post) on 13 of this month.Pls check the status and mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.I will be gratefull to u forever.
