[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I have send my filled up PAN application No.[protected] the long time back and received / stamped by the Tax Deptt. on 26th June, still I have not received my (Ramesh Chandela) PAN Card yet, but the status of the PAN Card when logged in to the Pan card Application status website (e-filing) is shown dispatched.

My PAN No. thats been issued is AKDPC7615G.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I had applied for PAN card on 01.10.08 through UTI Technology Services Ltd., Partap Bhawan, Ist Foor, B.S.Z. Marg, New Delhi (SA Code No. 4DLA100). My processing Coupen No. is[protected]. I have not received my PAN card till date. Please expidite the same.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL in bangalore on 24 sept 2008, my acknowledgement num is[protected]
and coupan no. is[protected], i had gone through internet and the result was not matchede data.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card number and PAN CARD at the earliest.

Ref. UTITSL/PAN/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] For PAN

In the above reference I recd. a letter from your office dated 3.5.2008 in which there was a mismatch in the name of my father's name I want my father's name to be printed on Pan Card as per ITD. therefor you are requested to get the same issued at your earliest. thanks

I did not get my Pan card due to change of address and unfortunately I do not know the card numner as well.

I would be grateful to you if you could tell me what acn be done regarding this.

Address proof given is Telephone bill and old address is 2-2-1130/25, New nallakunta, Hyderabad.
