i have purchased Panasonic LCD TV model no - TH-L19X10DK.on 05/06/2010.from your authorised dealer Great Eastern trading co. 505 g.t road,mahesh,serampore dist-hooghly.pin-712202 ph. no. 033/[protected],[protected] vat no- [protected].tax credit memo no-SCR/000817/10-11. now my said LCD TV become break down i informed Panasonic customer care about my problem.and they send mechanic and checked. they report about to be change board.but yet not being change naw my TV set fallen .and no respond.i inform to you please took in to the matter.NOW MY TV IS UNDER WARRANTY NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY REPLACE TV CIR KIT BOARD, I FACE PROBLEM FROM PURCHASE WITH 8 TO DAYS SO, I AM NOT INTEREST TO ONLY REPLACE CIR KIT BOARD BUT I WANT TO REPLACE TV. SO I REQUEST U PLEASE HELP ME. TILL MY TV NOT WORKING MY JOB NO IS -009113/019014. ATTACHED MY ORIGINAL CASH MEMO HERE WITH. I ALSO INFORM THIS PROBLEM PANASONIC CUSTOMER CARE BY WAY OF EMAIL.
