Panasonic — Not covering Warranty | |||
I have purchased Panasonic KX-TG3611 Cordless Landline Phone on 18 Oct 2012 (Bill No. 9545617) from Infybeam.com. It was delivered on time and we have used it comfortably. From 1st Jan onwards it started to show some charging problem. We took it to the Service Center (Micronix Computer - Bhubaneswar) and they found out that the Charger cord (with 6 month warranty) is at fault. But they said that they cannot cover this under waranty as this is purchased on Net (Given in written vide letter number - MX/497/2013) and thats why I was compelled to by a new charger by spending 600 INR . This is really ridiculus. How come a product purchased from a renouned website is not covered by the Product Waranty though clearly mentioned in the Warranty card. After my initial mail contact to Panasonic Help Line, they assigned Contact Person: Mr.Sanjeeb Bagchi Contact No: +91-[protected]. The Best part is that he personally assured me that i will get the money refunded by the service center soon (sometime around 31 Jan) but till date i have not heard anything from them Was this information helpful? | |||
