[Resolved] Panasonic Plasma TV — Defect in Plasma TV | |||
Hi, On monday 15/04/2013, my Plasma TV turn off and didn't get turn on after trying several times. Red Light Blink few times when we plug in the switch and then nothing happen. I log the service request # PI-ASC[protected] in Panasonic 24*7 helpdesk. As per them they told me that service engineer will visit within 24 hours. But till now 17/04/2013 no one has visited, Even at service centre no one is picking the phone. It's really frustrated to buy from panasonic. That's a very irresponsible act on the part of the service center of a world renowned brand. Please suggest me what to do. Ashish Was this information helpful? | |||

Panasonic Plasma TV — Making Delay in Repair
Respect Sir,I am Rajeev Jha I have bought a TV of panasonic in OCT 2010 the have given me 3years warranty past one month i am facing a problem with that i have allready lunched a complain for this at customer care no the have give me complain no that is 002410 on 28 OCTBER2011 but still they didn't solve that
Service center no is [protected] the don't reply me positive that when he will make it solve or what they r doing.
sir plz help me and if possible infor me at [protected]. while i tv in warrenty .
