Passport Delay Dear Sir, I have applied passport on June 14th, 2010 and File Reference Number : HYD-A[protected]. After one month police verification was over. Upon checking the passport status on online it showed “THE APPLICANT IS NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION AS PER POLICE. PLEASE FURNISH EXPLANATION. FURNISH 3 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS, DULY COMPLETED WITH 3 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS ALONG WITH PROOF OF STAY.” As per the suggestion I resubmitted proof of stay along with personal particular forms on august, 2010 at passport office, Hyderabad. Again after verification it shows : “THE APPLICANT IS NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION AS PER POLICE. PLEASE FURNISH EXPLANATION. FURNISH 3 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS, DULY COMPLETED WITH 3 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS ALONG WITH PROOF OF STAY. I asked to Police inquiry person, he said, his completed the task and update is not done properly at the hyderabad passport office. My status is remains constant. Please help me.. IN MY STATUS IT IS SHOWN THAT POLICE VERIFICATION IS WAIVED AND THE APPLICATION IS UNDERWAY. MY BROTHER WHO HAD APPLIED ON THE SAME DAY WITH FILE NO.M016661 , DATED 06/07/2010 HAS ALREADY RECIEVED HIS PASSPORT ISSUED ON 23/09/10! I WANT TO KNOW THAT BY WHAT TIME I WILL RECEIVE MY PASSPORT?
