Your case is genuine and in case of government employee when NOC is issued by the office in the prescribed format there is no reason for delaying the issue of passport. The concerned authority may take a note and issue the passport without any further delay.

Passport application with all requisite documents was submitted.
As out is government organization, NOC issued from office was submitted in the prescribed form Annexure B along with some conditions applicable to me.
So now passport office is asking NOC without conditions where as my office is telling that this is a approved format by Mininstry of Agriculture and in past also the NOC was issued in same format and passport was issued.
So I request that passport may please be issued as all the formalities has been completed.

i applied passport on 07.3.2008 vide Receipt No.A014700 at passport jaipur. Delay in police verification, twice I was asked to PP form again which I did and ultimately police verification conducted in the last week of June 2008. The OK police verification was passed on the Passport office . Till this date, I have not received my passport despite number correspondence and mails to all concerned including passport officer but of no use.when i check status on internet of my application in sep-2008 .status show that my passport soon dispatched to me in a week time but i not get my passport yet present date. till date I am waiting for the passport after many followups at the passport office.

I had applied for my passport in 2006 but still there is no reponse as there is some problem from police side they had wrongly send the information to you for me...there is no case against me in police station so i want to re enquriy for me in police station..and want my file or application no also...

I applied for renewal of my passport on the mentioned date but till date i haven't received, though as per their online status passport was ready on 27 th april 2009 as can see in attached online status report.
I had a talk with the concern officer on phone, and i was assured for the delivery in next 6 working days but since one month m waiting for the completion of 6 working days.
