I am staying in udaipur for last 8 years.

My first passport was from trivandrum kerala which expired on[protected] B0299977.

I applied for a passport renewal in jaipur passport office through Udaipur speed post counter on 21 st Dec 2009 File number W31477409.

The police verification was over by Jan last week 2010.

From Feb 2010 onwards the on line status showing is "Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a weeks time"


when submitting the grievance form its coming as " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of the passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week 9s time"

Nobody is picking the phone. the udaipur speed post counter informed me that passport is ready, as there is no comment on document, so send a fax.

I send a fax but no response. grievance number registered were

MEAPD/E/2010/00419

W31477409 JPR/06/May2010


Please help me and advice what to do. whom to complaint, what to do. I want to go for one post doctorate course in abroad.

please advice otherwise how to get my old passport back.

I am Naveen Jain from Deeg (Bharatpur) -Rajasthan. I applied for my passport on 16-Oct-2009 through speed post option from deeg itself.
Currently My Passport status on http://passportstatus.nic.in is showing as Police Report has not been received . but as i did some enquiry in my Police station, they are telling that my Police report has been sent on 30-Nov-2009 with Reference No. :: 12912 from bharatpur office but sir my status is still showing that police report has not been received.

i am Working in Cognizant Technology solution and they are making pressure on me to submit my passport as soon as possible otherwise they will fire me from my job due to passport unavailibility.
So please check my passport file and do needful so that i can continue my job. i will be very thankful to you.

I have applied passport of my son Mr. Keshav srivastav having ref. no. W071623/09 , but regret to say i have still not received the same On going through website the message is displayed it is regretted that passport is not sent due to inevitable circumstances but it will be dispatched in this week. This message is displayed more than one month but still not received .Police verification & all formalities are completed at our end.

I have applied for the passport on 30-oct-2009 and File no JPR-A[protected] was provided to me. My police verification has been done on my jaipur address as well as my permanent address in Kota on 26/12/09. Still it is showing the status "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined
". I have sent them three remainders regarding the same thing like my police verification has been done but why it is showing police report is incomplete. I have sent them three emails but still they have not responded to me. This is the case of inconievence. Despite of three remainder , still they are not listening and no respose is there form there end. I have sent them mail on thier email id >>"rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in".
Kindly advice what can be done in this case.

Please recheck the status, according to my last conversation at SP Office Chittorgarh[protected] ,Rajasthan who told me that your police verification report has been dispatched to JAIPUR Passport Office with DISPATCH No. 783 dated 15-01-09 .

But the site of passport is not showing any status.

Please take necessary action for the issuing of my PASSPORT.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for an Australian Skilled Work Visa subclass 476. For the processing of that visa Australian Immigration Department needs Police Clearance Certificate from Regional Passport Office. For the same I have applied it at Passport Office Jaipur On 07/09/2009 and done all the formalities regarding this.But still have not received any responce from Pssport Office.Now I received 1 mail from Aus Immigration Department that they need my Police Clearence Certificate up To 24th Nov 2009.S P office Udaipur has dispatched my Police Inquary to passport office Jaipur by speed post (ERS no:SPER[protected]IN) on 05/11/2009 and delivered to Jaipur at 06/11/2009 as informed by web page of post office Udaipur. But the web page of Passport office is showing on 12/11/2009 and it is mentioned that they have not received the same.
Kindly look at this matter and try to issue my Police Clearence Certificate ASSP.

I had applied for the passport under "Tatkal scheme" on dated 17/10/08 no. JPR/A-060490/08.after somedays i had contacted in the passport office Jaipur regarding this,then i have come to know through the passport office that in 1994 applied & issued passport to me ,I was wondering because neither i had applied nor got the same. & address.on issued passport copy was my employer official address as well as my signature is not matching there.

For the satisfaction of the department,i have submitted affedevit to passport office.
Police verified two times but no result so far. Under the RTI Act 2005, i had applied to CPIO Jaipur but not satisfied by him.Now,waiting for appelette authority reply.

Please suggest/advice me what i do in that condition ?

I filed an application for my mother Gandhari Kataria for passport on 3.4.2009 along with mine and my two children. In May first week the police verification was done. Following this i recieved an intimation to furnish ppf forms once again. This I furnished in June itself and sent by speed post . However the passport has not been issued till date. I sent the forms once again through speed post to the passport office Jaipur in last week of august. However there is no intimation for the same till date. I have filed complaints on various forums on the web but to no avail. I hope that this once the MATTER WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. If there is nobody to hear these problems I wonder why these websites have been launched.

It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice that callousness shown by some employee of your deptt . In my passport they have changed my surname spelling.but i filled surname spelling correct in my forum.currently In the passport surname is agARwal.but it should be agRAwal .my passport no is H4859238 and file no is JPRZ00344109 .
It is difficult to belive that such thing should have happened under your efficient control.please get the needful done at the earlist.

I applied for fresh passport at 6th march 2009..

My file no is JPRA[protected]

my current Application stutus is "police report has not been received"...

but according to my home town police station ..they already dispetch my police report on 19th april 2009... and dispetch no is1816

I have applied for Passport on 30.01.2009.I have submitted all the documents as desired by Your Office and also deposited the necessary fee. The Police verification was also completed and all the photocopies required by the police officer were given to him. But, your website states that Police Report is incomplete, and the case is being examined.



In this matter. I met Passport officer, Jaipur on 13th April 2009 and after seeing my police report (only rubber stamp of SP was missing) he assured me that my passport will deliver in a week time. But till now I have not received my pass port and on your website it is still stating that my police report is incomplete and the case is being examined. I have mailed him on 22.04.2009, to remind you but no response was received from him. I than again requested him on 4th May 2009, to kindly look into the matter and issue my pass port immediately, but till date neither I received my pass port nor any response from the pass port officer Jaipur .

My file no is "W080168/08". Submitted my passport application on 30/09/2008. On internet inquiry I came to know that police report did not reach till March 09. There after there was a message that "police report recd. Passport will be dispatched by 06/04/2009 if every thing is found in order. 15 days after this commitment date there was another message on 17/04/09 saying "Submit attested copies of marriage certificate". I went to Jaipur office personally. I am 60 years old yet I had to stand in que for 4 and half hours in scorching son. Though On this office site list of counters shows a separate counter for senior citizens but there was no such counter. when I requested security staff for such a counter I was pushed back in such a manner that I almost fell there. Any way I submitted my certificate. A receipt was given (photo enclosed). After submitting my documents when I asked the man at counter if my application was complete now and when will I get my passport now. The reply was stunning. He said he don't know anything. Then I tried to contact some higher authority. But security staff did not allow me to get in the office. Then I requested again but I was pushed back again and he said if you come again I will throw you out. While trying to inquire on telephone all the numbers shown on internet for this purpose are always "no reply".
Can any one suggest me how can I understand the exact position of my passport application.

Then after a complete varification from Tonk (District police station) they sent it to jaipur which detail are

After a long wait, I found the status of passport on website that is "It is regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despateched in a week's time."

Note : But the Problem is that It is displaying Applicant's Date Of Birth :[protected]. that is wrong.
In passport Form, I have fill up the Date of Birth 14/09/1982. I also have photocopy of passport form in which it is 14/09/0982. For more clarification you can check my secondary (X) class marksheet photocopy that i have already sent to passport Office jaipur along the passport form.


Kindly correct it before dispatch the passport.

I have attached the sec. school marksheet with this complaints. kindly check it.

It's my humble request that look in this matter and do needfull for me.

If they will sent me the passport with wrong Date of Birth then i will follow the same process from begin and it will be suffer me a lot.


Please let me know that when i will receive the Passport.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for passport renewal to extend the validity from 5 yrs to 10 yrs on 14-Nov-08. I visited Churu 3 times for inquiry and found that police report had been forwarded after completion from Churu to Jaipur on 31-12-08 with challan/dispatch no. 270. Even after visiting Jaipur 3 times, they have not yet updated my file and on the net system still shows the same status 'Police report has not been received'. My visa is on the verge of expiration so please look into the matter.

I would be highly obliged if can be helped at your end.

I have applied for passport on 20.08.2008 against application No.JPRW24052908 and for the same I have checked online status so many times, once shown that passport will dispatch on 17.10.2008 but after 17.10.2008 it is showing that "It's regret that due to unavoidable circumataces the
passport has been delayed and now will be dispatch in a week's time" and up to till date same status is showing by official site of passport office . After all of that I
have complaint five to six times by E-mails and online customer gravience system but no one is replying in right way.

Please help me I am suffering very seriously.
